These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Adraa ("the App"), operated by RAMZ TECH LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Adraa is an AI chat application that provides access to various AI language models through a unified interface. The App allows you to have conversations with AI models, upload files and images for analysis, and use web search capabilities.
You may use the App as a guest with limited features or create an account for full access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Free accounts receive a limited number of messages per month with access to basic AI models.
The Pro subscription provides increased message limits and access to premium AI models. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple In-App Purchase or our web payment system.
You may purchase additional message packs as one-time purchases. Purchased messages do not expire.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings or your account settings on our website.

The App provides access to third-party AI models. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You acknowledge that:
The App, its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content and AI responses) are owned by RAMZ TECH LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the App, other users, or our business. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAMZ TECH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia.
